 What is your returns policy?

If the goods have not been worn/torn or and are not sale items simply send them back to our warehouse. Include your details and the order number and the reason for returning and we will process a refund for the goods purchased upon return. Must be within 30 days of purchase. 


I ordered a top full price and now it’s on sale. Can I still return it?

If an item has been purchased at full price and has since been reduced in price and it’s still within the 30 days we will refund you at the sale price.


What is your returns policy on sale goods?

We do not offer refunds on sale items.

We are most likely out of stock of that size but you could always send us a wee email to and we can see if there are any in the shop for you.

We do ship worldwide but unfortunately due to certain custom regulations on their part we are unable to ship to Russia

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

You should have been sent a tracking number via email if it was sent out via post. Follow the instructions there and you should be able to track down you order. If you are still unable to find it, then send us a wee email to with your order information and we will discuss options from there.

Royal Mail, Farr Out Cargo Bikes, and several other larger courier companies for bigger parcels and/or international orders (DHL/Parcel Force etc)


How long does delivery take?

From the point of order, we would aim to have the goods to you within 3 – 5 working days


Can I pay for express shipping?

It depends entirely on the product and the destination 


Are orders sent with a tracking number?

Unless they are sent via Cargo Bike then yes, all delivery orders have tracking information


Will I have to sign for my package?

No but you will have to be in for the parcel if it does not fit through your letterbox
