Time Tae Boost - Wall Clock

After I purchased the product, I didn't hear from the company for a week - I received no updates at all, not even a confirmation that the order had been accepted. Worried, I contacted customer support, who didn't get
back to me. After that I almost immediately received a notification that the item was being prepared for shipment (had they forgotten about my order...?). However, poor communication continued during the
shipping process as I didn't receive any updates at all, the website kept saying that the package was being prepared, while Royal mail tracking was saying that it was already in transit. I didn't receive any
notification when it arrived, and it almost got lost because I had no idea where it had been delivered (no picture was uploaded) and who they gave it to.
With regards to the product, it seems good quality. I just wish communication had been better.
